📝 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cooked udon noodles
  • eggs, beaten
  • 2 oz white onion, julienned
  • 2 oz red bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 oz spinach
  • 3 oz ribeye beef, diced (add salt to taste)
  • 3 fl oz Korean Dragon Sauce
  • 2 oz scallions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

🔪 Instructions:

Heat it up: Preheat a wok or large pan over high heat.
