Are you looking for the ultimate game day snack or a crowd-pleasing appetizer? These beer-marinated chicken wings are juicy, crispy, and tossed in bold, spicy-sweet Korean Dragon Sauce. Grab a cold drink and get ready to impress!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 4 bottles of your favorite beer
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Korean Dragon Sauce
  • Sesame seeds & chopped scallions for garnish

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Marinate the wings:
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl or container, combine beer, salt, cayenne, and chili powder. Add wings and marinate overnight in the fridge.
  2. Dry the wings:
Drain the marinade and let the wings air dry in the fridge for 1 hour—this helps them get extra crispy when fried.
  3. Fry time:
Preheat your deep fryer (or a heavy pot with oil) to 350°F. Fry wings for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Sauce ‘em up:
Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with Korean Dragon Sauce while they’re still hot.
  5. Garnish & serve:
Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!

🔥 Tip: Want them extra saucy? Serve with a side of Korean Dragon Mayo for dipping!
