📝 Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 4 bottles of your favorite beer
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp Korean Dragon Sauce
- Sesame seeds & chopped scallions for garnish
🔥 Instructions:
-
Marinate the wings:
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl or container, combine beer, salt, cayenne, and chili powder. Add wings and marinate overnight in the fridge. -
Dry the wings:
Drain the marinade and let the wings air dry in the fridge for 1 hour—this helps them get extra crispy when fried. -
Fry time:
Preheat your deep fryer (or a heavy pot with oil) to 350°F. Fry wings for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. -
Sauce ‘em up:
Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with Korean Dragon Sauce while they’re still hot. -
Garnish & serve:
Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
🔥 Tip: Want them extra saucy? Serve with a side of Korean Dragon Mayo for dipping!
