CHEF XAVIER TORRES
Leading our vision is Chef Xavier Torres. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Xavier developed his culinary passion alongside his mother before graduating from Johnson & Wales University. He refined his skills in renowned kitchens such as SushiSamba, Nobu, and Adare Manor, uniting international techniques with his Latin heritage.
Xavier’s career includes experience with Michelin-starred chefs Martín Berasategui in Spain and Matt Orlando at Amass in Copenhagen, as well as training at NOMA. These diverse influences shaped his creative, quality-driven approach.

After travels through Japan, Vietnam, and Peru, Xavier founded Fun Fun Asian Bowl to share his love for global flavors. He continues to innovate as Executive Chef at Bae Korean Grill, inviting you to enjoy every meal with exceptional taste.
