Korean-Inspired Hot Dogs with Cabbage Slaw

📝 Ingredients:

  • Your favorite hot dogs
  • Hot dog buns
  • Caramelized onions
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Green onions (aka sexy scallions), finely chopped
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Korean Dragon Sauce, to taste
  • Butter (for toasting the buns) 

Instructions: 

  1. Cook the Hot Dogs
    Grill or pan-fry hot dogs until browned and heated through.
  2. Make the Cabbage Slaw
    In a bowl, toss shredded cabbage with chopped scallions and a drizzle of Korean Dragon Sauce. Set aside.
  3. Toast the Buns
